Wasted Appointments

In November 15 hours and 40 minutes of appointments were wasted for GP's and 61 hours and 50 minutes of appointments were wasted for the Nurses through patients not attending their appointments without cancelling. If you don't need your appointment please inform the surgery so the appontment can be given to someone else. Thank you.
